I don't remember what it's like to shop in the regular grocery store anymore. In fact, we went to an Albertsons a few months ago and I felt like Rip Van Winkle, wandering around, "cheese costs THAT MUCH now?!"

By eating these semi-expired and otherwise regularly unsellable items, I am surely missing out on some important nutrients.
